Abu Dhabi: The Interior Ministry has set up booths to receive applications for registering people without identity documents and approved the registration plan, a senior official said on Thursday.
Such individuals can register from Sunday at booths set up at Al Raha Mall, outside Abu Dhabi, Uptown Mall in Dubai, Noor Al Kawthar Mall in Ajman and Al Ta’awon Mall in Sharjah, said Brigadier Nasser Al Awadi Al Minhali, acting director general of the Naturalisation and Residency Department.
During Ramadan, registration, which will last for two months, will take place from Saturday to Thursday, from 9am to 3pm.
