Emaar yesterday launched The Springs, its latest waterfront villa development project in the heart of the high profile downtown Dubai.
Villas at The Springs will be available from Dh448,888 for a 3-bedroom villa and prices for a 4-bedroom villa will start from Dh628,888.
Emaar had also recently announced the price of Dh188,888 for a studio apartment at The Greens at Emirates Golf Club.
Bookings for the new project, which will be completed in 18 months, are now open to UAE nationals and expatriate investors on a freehold ownership basis, at Emaar sales centres in Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills and Gold & Diamond Park.
The company further confirmed that leading financial institutions in the UAE, including Dubai Islamic Bank, MashreqBank, Amlak Finance and Dubai Bank, will offer investors a range of innovative home finance options and will also accept bookings.
"The Springs is a gated, masterplanned project that will bring together all the diverse elements of a modern lifestyle. With this new development," said Robert Booth, development executive director, Emaar Properties.
"We aim at extending Emaar's offer of premium quality real-estate and freehold ownership into an integrated residential community that is built around a central aquatic theme."
Built around scenic lakes, The Springs will feature an exquisite waterfront community, in varying sizes and floor plans, incorporating architectural styles and picturesque landscaping.
"From swimming pools, parks, nurseries, spas, gymnasiums and mosques, to schools, shopping arcades and community centres, The Springs will offer residents a living environment that will cater to all their needs," said Booth.
Residents at The Springs will also be offered dependable and efficient property and facilities management services on a 24-hour basis through Emrill, the joint venture between Emaar and the UK-based Carillion Plc.
These will include energy management, mechanical, electrical and air conditioning maintenance, space planning, utilities and asset management.
The company will also offer a diverse range of services including cleaning, laundry, housekeeping, porterage, security, waste and hygiene management.
