Nakheel has launched the sale of the third phase of Discovery Gardens - Mogul Gardens.

Mogul Gardens is the third of six themed complexes to be offered to investors and is divided into two zones - Mogul 1 and Mogul 2. For sale from today is Mogul Gardens 1, consisting of 26 buildings with 1,058 studio and 988 one-bedroom apartments.

The sale of buildings in Mogul Gardens 1 was in response to the high demand for Mediterranean Gardens 1 and 2 and the Cactus Gardens, which are a part of Nakheel's new community living centre.

Similar to the other themed complexes, Mogul Gardens 1 will be part of the self-contained unit with shopping amenities, a mosque, jogging and cycling trails, community swimming pools, football and tennis courts, and in close proximity to the Gardens Shopping Mall, a Nakheel project which will be completed in 2005.
