Emaar Properties will launch tomorrow the third and final phase of its Gazelle luxury town home community at Arabian Ranches, the equestrian and golf-themed development which has created a singular oasis of stylish living in the desert. This final phase will bring Spanish-style townhouses to lifestyle development and is "forecast to repeat the runaway success of the first two phases, which were sold out before the end of the day they were launched", according to a media statement. Construction for the new phase is underway and the homes are expected to be ready for occupation by early 2006. The sales centre will be open from 10 am to 8 pm.
"There is an overwhelming demand for Gazelle homes at the Ranches, and the launch of this phase will surely help supply a growing requirement for town homes within what is easily Dubai's most prestigious desert development," said Jillian Shaw, senior sales manager, Emaar Properties. "A home at the Ranches is become a point of prestige. People see the value of tranquility while being within easy reach of the big city buzz. They like the fact that the development will allow them to enjoy top-class, international standard equestrian and golfing pursuits. "The Gazelle communities will have their own unique atmosphere and lifestyle. Every effort has been made to create an environment where residents' lifestyle needs are satisfied. Everything will be there for them, from lakes, parks, school and sports centres to shopping centre and leisure facilities." Gazelle offers eight types of two-storey terraced town homes situated in landscaped parks. The villas vary from two to three bedrooms and range from 1,780 to 3,153 square feet in area. Every home comes with parking for two cars and residents will have use of a community centre and walking and cycling paths near the water's edge. "In a short period of time, Emaar has been able to transform a stretch of desert into what is poised to be one of Dubai's prime lifestyle destinations," Shaw said. "At the rate Dubai has been growing recently, projects such as the Arabian Ranches fit in perfectly into the city's wider master plan." The Arabian Ranches is just a nine-minute drive from the 4th interchange on Shaikh Zayed Road and is being constructed around the region's first desert golf course designed by Ian Baker-Finch in association with Nicklaus Design.
