Leading Dubai property developer ETA Star is teaming up with India's Hiranandani Developers to build a 90-storey building, to be known as 23 Marina, as part of Dubai Marina. The new project, 23 Marina, will be situated in Dubai Marina quay, just a two-minute drive from Shaikh Zayed Road's Dubai Marina Interchange. By linking up with ETA Star to form Hircon JV, Hiranandani, creator of one of Mumbai's most desirable residential addresses at Hiranandani Gardens in Powai, is consolidating its move into the international market. In addition to this, ETA Star has several other projects under way at Jumeirah Lake Towers and the Dubai International Financial Centre. To be 380 metres high, 23 Marina encompasses 48 exclusive duplex apartments on the top floors of the 90-storey tower.
