Dubai: Diamond Investments is on track to complete the construction across the remaining five units of its six-building project - the Marina Diamond.
Marina Diamond I has been delivered on time, while Marina Diamond II is scheduled for completion by the end of September.
Marina Diamond II is currently in the final stages of construction with cladding and aluminium works nearing completion. Marina Diamond III will begin its fourth-storey while the second parking basement will soon be complete for Marina Diamond IV.
The on-time performance is evident across all six developments of the complex. Being simultaneously developed, shoring and piling operations are complete for Marina Diamond V and VI with foundations to be cast next week.
On schedule
