Dubai: Ali Moosa and Sons, a leading construction contracting company in the Middle East, has unveiled plans for the A1 Tower, a Dh300 million commercial development in Jumeirah Village South.
AAA Home Group and its real estate arm Web Real Estate, have been chosen as the exclusive marketing partners for this prestigious development.
The A1 Tower is a 45 floor commercial skyscraper of prime real estate property located in the city centre of Jumeirah Village. It will have a built up area of 410,629 square feet.
Mohammad Al Syuofi, chairman, AAA Home Group, said: "The building will be launched at Dh750 per square foot. About 60 per cent of the building has already been sold in the pre launch phase. The pre-launch prices are expected to rise by 15 per cent on launch."
Faisal Ali Moosa, managing director of Ali Moosa and Sons, said: "The A1 tower is centrally located in the main business district of the Jumeirah Village South, and enjoys unparalled views of the Central Lake and of the Central Park."
The A1 Tower has been designed by Dimensions.
Hisham Al Ghani, managing director of Dimensions, said: "The Tower design is highlighted by four central pillars which gradually arch inward, facing the sky to define the shape of the Tower. It represents the grace of a flower petal ready to bloom and the power of an arrow ready to be released from the bow."
