Beirut: Arab League chief Amr Moussa held fresh talks on Sunday with Lebanon’s rival political groups as parliament postponed the presidential eleciton.

Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri announced that the vote will be postponed for the 13th time from Monday to February 11.

Meawhile, Moussa is trying to win support for an Arab plan to end the crisis in Lebanon which has been without a president since November 24.

The Arab plan calls for the election of army chief General Michel Sulaiman as president, the formation of a national unity government and a new electoral law.

Moussa met Prime Minister Fouad Siniora and speaker Nabih Berri as well as US charge d'affaires William Grant and French counterpart Andre Parant.
