Dubai: Souq Al Bahar has rolled out an array of concept cafes and dining options, several of them opening in Dubai for the first time.

An Emaar Malls project, Souq Al Bahar is located on The Old Town Island in Downtown Burj Dubai, and boasts an Arabesque architecture.

The mall's varied dining offering already includes Dean and Deluca, the first Dubai outlet of the US gourmet restaurant, Tonino Lamborghini, an Italian concept cafe, The Meat, Dubai's second location for the South African steakhouse; and CRU, a trendy lounge serving light meals.

New outlets include Bice, Left Bank, Italian Kitchen, Paul Cafe, Mango Tree, Karma Cafe, Sammach, Milliardaire Club and Mirai Restaurant, and Shakespeare Cafe.

Most restaurants and cafes line the waterfront promenade offering the city's best views of the Burj Dubai and Burj Lake.

Souq Al Bahar has the largest Spinneys supermarket in Downtown Burj Dubai, in addition to a varied retail selection comprising jewellers, handicraft shops, fashion and accessories and gift shops.

Spread over two levels, Souq Al Bahar will feature over 100 retail outlets including 22 cafes and restaurants.

Souq Al Bahar is positioned for the business community in the vicinity. It is also close to Al Manzil, Qamardeen and The Palace, The Old Town - three hotels that have opened in the neighbourhood.
