Manama: Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company (BFH) and Financial Centre Development Company (FCDC) on Sunday announced the establishment of a joint venture with Emcor Facilities Services Group for the delivery of integrated facilities, estate and property management solutions.
The joint venture company, to be known as Emcor Facilities Services, will provide the full range of facilities and property management services, to the BFH development, including all estate management and customer support services including Operations and Maintenance, asset and property management and integrated system solutions.
The joint venture management team will soon start the "roll out" of its business plan for the BFH development including implementation of Emcor's quality management system, service procurement strategy and asset management system.
