Muscat: Suhail Bahwan Group, a leading business establishment in Oman, has entered into the rapidly expanding property development sector with two projects worth 52 million Omani riyals.

"At a time when the country is experiencing rapid development unparalleled in its history, forcing people to move to new areas on the city's fringes, SBG is giving citizens a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire residential accommodation that commands unparalleled class, luxury and style," said Sa'ad Bahwan, who was representing his father Shaikh Suhail Bahwan, group chairman, at a press conference at the Grand Hyatt Muscat.

"The projects are a luxury residential development and a commercial building," Sa'ad said.

He pointed out that the projects were being offered to high networth Omani nationals as well as citizens of other GCC countries.

Janayin Sama said the project will have 175 residential units in North Ghubra in Muscat. "This property will set new benchmarks in luxury and convenience, unparalleled in architectural splendour and spacious environment," Sa'ad said.

The entire basement of the three buildings is reserved for vehicle parking, with dedicated space for two vehicles for each resident.
