Dubai: Sunland Group yesterday said it is set to launch Nur, a Dh725 million, 27-storey fully furnished boutique residential tower in the Culture Village on the edge of the Dubai Creek.
The launch of Nur - meaning light in Arabic - follows the success of the company's earlier developments, D1 and Palazzo Versace, also in Culture Village.
Nur is Sunland's third project and raises its portfolio to more than Dh13 billion.
The scheme, a joint venture with London based Peacock Ventures Limited, provides 191 one- and two-bedroom apartments, with only two luxurious, five-bedroom penthouses split over two levels. The apartments range from 767 square feet for a one bedroom apartment, up to 1,412 square feet for a two-bedroom apartment, with additional private balcony space.
Concept design for Nur was completed by Sunland's in-house design team along with interiors by Sydney-based designer Philip Chia.
Sunland Group Founder and Managing Director Soheil Abedian said: "We have pre-sold over 70 per cent of Nur prior to any sort of major marketing campaign because of the cachet and quality of the apartments, the value for money, and the proven success of the Sunland brand."
