Dubai: Mohammad Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development has announced that it has concluded a follow-up seminar to the 'The Leader in You' workshop, as part of a strategy to ensure that participants benefit from all activities.
All 33 candidates of the Government Leaders Programme attended the follow-up seminar, an activity that reflects MBRPLD's comprehensive approach in the development of future leaders.
The Leader in You workshop is a periodic activity designed to help participants achieve a balance, which is a key step towards consolidating their leadership skills. The follow-up activity allowed candidates to reflect on life lessons learnt during the workshop and to direct their knowledge towards enriching their experience.
"Mohammad Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development is particularly concerned about the impact of our activities on participants. We want them to be able to fully grasp the key concepts behind the activities we have organised through these follow-up seminars. This approach also allows us to constantly monitor the progress of participants ... helping us discover ways to fine-tune and enhance our future programmes," said Adel Al Sharid, Director of MBRPLD.
