Dubai: Browse for great bargains and unearth treasures at Saturday's flea market, the latest outdoor shopping alternative on the grassy stretches of Al Safa Park.
It is held on the first Saturday of every month.
The brainchild of German expatriate Melanie Beese, the flea market offers people an alternative shopping experience.
Anything from household or hand-made items, furniture, accessories, books, hardware, and paintings to clothes and more will be sold.
Part of the proceeds will go to UK-based charity Right To Play, which focuses on using sport to help disadvantaged children.
The flea market will be located near gate number five of Al Safa Park and will be open from 9am to 4pm.
