Dubai: The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the extension of working hours in the Main Licensing Center of RTA Licensing Agency during the holy month of Ramadan.
Working hours have now been split into two sessions; the morning session which starts from 9am to 2pm, and the evening session which starts from 8:30pm to 10:30pm.
Ahmed Bahrouzian, CEO of RTA Licensing Agency, said the decision to extend the working hours in the Main Center of the Agency aims to serve the public through providing ample time to have their transactions processed.
This step is temporary as it is restricted to the month of Ramadan. Working hours will revert back to normal timings from 7:30am to 2:30pm after the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
