Sana'a: The Yemen authorities have handed over four Al Qaida suspects to the Saudi Arabian government recently, an official source said on Thursday.
The hand over of the men took place on March 23, a day after a visit by Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh to Riyadh where he held official talks with Saudi officials, the source said.
The men, who were described by the source as Al Qaida affiliates, were arrested in Yemen. "This step comes within the framework of cooperation between the security forces in field of exchanging the wanted people between the two countries," he added.
