Dubai: Umpire Darrell Hair has been reinstated to officiate in one-day and Test matches by the International Cricket Council.
Hair, who had been banned since November 2006 following Pakistan forfeiting the match against England. He was asked to undergo a rehabiliation programme and the ICC board has reinstated him.
