Dubai: Arabian Ranches Golf Club has announced it has received over 35 entries to date for the Arabian Ranches Junior Golf Championship to be held on Saturday March 29th with a 1.30 pm shotgun start.

The tournament has a number of divisions as follows; Division A - Boy handicap holder - 18 handicap or under handicap - 18 Hole Medal (Blue Tees), Division B - Boy handicap holder - 19 - 28 handicap - 18 Hole Medal (Blue Tees), Division C - Girls handicap holder - 18 Hole Medal (Red Tees), Division D - Boy PC holder - 9 Hole Stableford (Red Tees), Division E - Girls PC holder - 9 Hole Stableford (Red Tees).

Test drive

In addition, on the same day, there is the US Kids Golf Skills Challenge, for long driving, putting and chipping categories, for those juniors who are not at the Playing Certificate or handicap level.

This will be held 3 pm - 5 pm during the afternoon alongside a Golf Demo Day again hosted by US Kids where all the latest US Kids golf equipment range will be available to test drive.

Elliott Gray commented, "We have an initial strong entry of 25 players for the Tournament proper and 11 for the Skills Challenge.
