Dubai: Mohammad Al Shafar's Love Of Dubai was a two-length winner of Saturday's Premio Regina Elena Emirates Airline (Group 3) over a mile at Rome's Capannelle Racecourse.
Partnered by Darryll Holland and trained by Clive Brittain, Love Of Dubai was held up towards the rear in the early stages of the race with Lia Rumma leading the 19 runners.
But Love Of Dubai began to make headway over two furlongs out, taking the lead a furlong out, to come home ahead of the locally trained Vattene.
