Peshawar: A blast near a Shiite Muslim mosque in Pakistan's northwestern city of Dera Ismail Khan on Monday killed at least three people, police said.
The incident occured while Shiites were gathered in the mosque for dusk prayers.
"We don't know the cause of the blast but initial reports say three people were killed," said police official Abdul Ghaffar.
