Bangued: Insisting that the amnesty programme being dangled by the government is a mere "delusionary gimmick", the insurgent leadership reiterated that the scheme will only serve as another source of corruption for officials.
Marco Valbuena, of the Communist Party of the Philippines said President Gloria Arroyo's offer of amnesty "will be totally ignored and roundly rejected by the revolutionary forces".
