Manila: Philippine police on Sunday continued to hunt down the main suspect in the killing of a Filipino journalist.

Radio broadcaster Rolando Julia was shot dead while on his way home in Magarao, Camarines Sur on Friday.

Police said Julia suffered three gunshot wounds and died in a nearby hospital. He was the fifth journalist to be killed in the Philippines this year.

Police said the main suspect in the killing was a man who got into an argument with Julia during a wake two days before the attack.
